I have been in the woodworking trade for ten years. While training in custom design furniture I branched out into making chessboards and chess tables. This endeavor grew out of my interest in the game of chess and has since expanded into the design and production of other pieces. I work at my studio in Woodstock, Vermont.

Although I hail from England I have been a resident of Woodstock for thirty years. My interests include road cycling, soccer, chess, cross-country skiing and gardening. If you happen to be in the area in July you’ll find me in the raspberry patch.
