			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here is a latest example of my work with <a title="Handmade Custom Chess Boards | Vermont Wood" href="http://kenwoodart.com/gallery/handmade-custom-chess-boards/" target="_blank">chess boards</a>.The boards are tournament size (2″1/4 squares), all solid wood, panel and frame construction, with traditional <a title="Mortise and tenon" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortise_and_tenon" target="_blank">mortise and tenon</a> joints at the corners. The frame is beveled to the outside.</p>
<p>The squares are 1/8 ” above the frame.<br />
Frame: overall size &#8211; 22″ x 22″ frame &#8211; 2″ wide x 1″ 1/8 deep Squares &#8211; walnut and maple, frame &#8211; cherry.<br />
